Christina is so knowledgeable and especially kind with our pets. They take to her immediately. You can count on Christina's honesty. So loving and caring. Absolutely spotless upon return. A rare peace of mind with Christina's skills.     

It is such peace of mind knowing my husband and I can get away for a short vacation - much needed - and really enjoy ourselves and not have to think twice about how the pets (kids) are doing. You don't have that constant worry in the back of your mind if they are safe and OK because of Christina's animal awareness and first aid skills - we are confident our beloved pets are getting the Best Care! - and with Love.

Christina even went out on her own and surprised the pets with a few new toys.

Christina,  Thank you so very much for caring for our Roxie and Ricky (as well as our frayed nerves) while we were away. As you must know, for many years we have always felt completely comfortable when leaving our dearly departed Skip and Soxx in your capable hands. But we are obviously still getting to know the 2 new "family members" and were uneasy about leaving you with Roxie's obvious neurosis and all the unknown's with brand new Ricky. But- you were wonderful. You stayed calm in the wake of Roxie's attempts to escape and when both had unexpected medical issues. You were so kind to make trips to the vets for their medications and the extra care you gave while we were away. You even helped with little Ricky's house-training and taught Roxie and Ricky to play together - (you had the videos to prove it). You are such a God-send to us - and to all of our beloved dogs, both past and present, who have had the good fortune to be cared by you. Dadee and Conrad

Felt totally comfortable with all [honesty, dependability, trustworthiness].  Our dog just lost his companion of 11 years; Christina was great, gave him lots of attention.  House and barn looked great.

Our gelding has a problem with aggressive behavior—biting—so safety being the biggest factor, Christina was able to handle him firmly but with respect. Understanding this horse was a main concern for us, and we were so happy that Smokey and Christina were able to form a bond. 

It is comforting to know the person watching your home and animals is doing so with the same care I do. Pongo (my dog) misses Christina.  He goes to the guest room looking in the door.

From the moment she met Ben, Christina provided us with peace of mind. She is very knowledgeable about animals and is confident in her abilities. This was the very first time my husband and I took a vacation and did not worry. Pets are like kids—a 24-hour devotion to the care and raising and loving of those you have chosen to share your life with. They become everything to you. So, to trust that we could be away and not have any concern was huge. In fact, it was surprising!

We have already recommended NHAPLHS in the short time since Christina was here. Without reservation. We couldn’t imagine that anyone could care and smile and be so devoted to our babies.

Pure and simple, Christina should be cloned and then distributed to all those in need. Her generosity of time is obvious—our Rudi and Susi looked for her for days after we returned. We had expected unsurpassed joy in their greeting upon our return. It was more as if we were somewhat frequent visitors, stopping by. They had hardly missed us. No summary could say any better how well Christina took care of our loves.

Don’t ever stop doing what you love to do, Christina. No doubt, the love you see coming back must make you happy, but look at who else you make happy—all of us! Marcia and Norbert

We’d trust you 100% staying at our home again and caring for our “kids.”  Empathy with individual animals is fantastic!  Dogs loved Christina.  Everything in house, yard was well kept.  Even filled the bird bath!  Cleaned Molly’s ear when she was shaking her head, which took care of the problem.  Plays the piano—our dogs love to listen to George play the piano, so it was great Christina played piano while we were gone.    Cheryl & George
